FRANKFORT, Ky. – The Kentucky State Thorobreds pull out a competitive win against the Tiffin Dragons 79-72 at home.
Lavar Miller Jr of Kentcuky State led all scorers with 24 points for the night.
Both teams where evenly matched with field goals with the Thoroughbreds making 28 and the Dragons making 27.
In the first half both teams where exchanging blows causing various lead changes and ties. With both teams going on runs making it 30-29 with tiffin leading at half.

In the second half the Thorobreds must’ve made half time adjustments as they came out and went on a 18-2 run giving them a 15 point lead. They maintained the lead defeating the Dragons 79-72.
