Frankfort, Ky – On Wednesday, November 13, the KSU baseball team starts to dig up the home plate area on their field, wanting to experiment with a turf home base and back stop area to make it safer for players to be more capable, active, and injury free. This has been something the team has been wanting to try for a while now. Being able to renew the home field has been a project that takes time, but in this time knowledge has been one thing taken in from this.
