FRANKFORT, Ky. — The community has celebrated the grand reopening of Combs Hall following remodeling. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 25, at 3 p.m., showing off the successful completion of a project aimed at updating and preserving the historic building.
Combs Hall, a notable landmark in Frankfort and the Kentucky State University community, has undergone huge renovations to enhance its facilities while maintaining its historical context.
