Frankfort, KY – On Tuesday, Oct. 28,2025, Kentucky State University’s student government hosted a “Trunk or Treat” held in the Exum Gym parking lot. This was a sweet treat for the students and local Frankfort kids in the neighborhood. Partnering with the housing department and the Kentucky State police department. Many organizations on campus such as KSU Girls Rock, Student Supportive Services, CKI and more. Unfortunately, they had to move the event inside of the gym because of the weather conditions, but that did not stop that fun for the locals. All organizations on campus came and set up tables to show their own unique way of their spirit of Halloween. Kids got to fill up their bags full of candy and free face painting while the parents can enjoy the KSU Women’s Basketball Team scrimmage, food trucks and great music.
